Aaron Holiday is a native of New Orleans and leads social entrepreneurial initiatives for the Harlem Independent Living Center (HILC) as a board member. Mr. Holiday began his professional career in 2004 at Goldman Sachs & Co. as a Technology Analyst, helping to build, optimize, and support the equities program trading system. In 2008, Mr. Holiday decided to leave Goldman to join GFI Group as a Business Analyst to work with its Foreign Exchange (FX) Options leadership team to expand the FX Options trading platform.
Mr. Holiday holds a B.S in Computer Science from Morehouse College and serves with other organizations throughout New York City , such as, iMentor’s Young Executive Board (YEB) and DSJ Management’s Co-op Board of Directors. Mr. Holiday has served as a mentor with Amachi, a program designed to provide youth whose parents are incarcerated with positive role models, and is currently a mentor through iMentor, a program designed to provide youth from underserved communities with highly skilled mentors, skill sets, and opportunities. Mr. Holiday is a member of the Harlem Church of Christ and is a Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) fellow.
